Contest organized by Evenementia and Glamourous FashionShow Model Agency agencies during March & April 2010 .
Description
It's a beauty election contest of females avatars presenting also collections of creators (clothing, jewels, shoes).
It's open for free to all those who wish to take part in it.
That contest articulate itself in several phases :
* Inscription :
It's necessary for you imperatively to be registered near Lalabel Demina or Ambbrrinne Schumann before March 10.
At the time of this inscription, please send two photographs of you (a portrait and a photograph in feet) in a notecard specifying the first name and last name of your avatar, its creation date and your nationality.
* Selection :
The jury of the contest will select a maximum of 26 candidates among all the returned files and will compose the first casting of the edition Miss Avatar World. These 26 candidates will then start the process of election of Miss Avatar World 2010.
* Beginning of the competition :
- The 4 first turns : For each turn, the selected candidates will ravel by carrying out 2 passages : one in evening gown, the other in swim-wear or lingerie. Outfits are chosen by the models in the collection that they have carried out with their creators (see heading : the model and the choice of these creations). The time of the passage of a candidate is limited to two minutes (materialized by a time line). If the candidate exceeds the authorized minute points of penalties it will then be deducted (see heading notation and jury).
Between the passages, the changes of haircuts and various accessories are authorized. On the other hand, the candidates will not have to change the skin or shape.
For sure, it's highly advised to change the outfits between each turn (to use at the maximum the collection of the selected creator).
With each turn, 2 candidates are eliminated by the jury. At the end of the 4 first turns (4 fashion shows), there will remain 18 candidates.
- The 4 following turns : The principle is exactly the same one as the 4 first turns except that the candidates will carry out 3 passages each of two minutes. The first passage will be done in cocktail/evening dress, the second passage will be done in urban/daily/traditional outfit and the last passage will be done in lingerie.
With each turn, 2 candidates are eliminated by the jury. At the end of the 4 turns (4 fashion shows), there will remain 10 candidates.
- The semi final :
The principle is always the same one except that 4 passages are set up :
1) In town suit/traditional.
2) In elegant outfit.
3) In swim-wear or lingerie.
4) In evening gown.
At the end of the semi final 3 girls will be eliminated, the candidates will be then 7 for the final.
- The final :
Identical principle with 6 passages :
1) In town suit/traditional.
2) In elegant outfit.
3) In swim-wear.
4) In lingerie.
5) In evening gown.
6) In wedding gown.
The models and the choice of these creations :
Each mannequin will choose to represent one or more creators. Consequently it will offer to him a visibility on an advertising HUD of the event presenting the big steps of the contest.
A mannequin will be able to choose a creator of clothing and a creator of accessories (jewels, shoes...). Consequently the advertisement of the creators will be present on the HUD.
This choice is not mandatory, the models can simply ravel with outfits of their personal collection coming from multiple creators.
However to be constant in the phases of the contest we highly advise to the candidates to choose a creator.
Rules :
1) The candidates engage with being present 30 minutes at least before the beginning of the contest under penalty of direct elimination.
2) If 2 candidates or more would be absent with during a phase of the contest, then they would be eliminated but the fashion show will take place as it should.
3) A candidate who exceeds the time allocated for a passage, 2 minutes, will see herself penalized of 2 points on its total note.
The organizers reserve at any time the right to exclude a candidate for any reasons.
Jury and notation
The jury will be made up with permanent members and temporary members.
Permanent members : 1 representative of the Evenementia company, 1 representative of the Glamourous FashionShow Model Agency company, 1 representative of the Fashion in Second Life, 1 independent creator.
Temporary members : They will be 2 and selected among the staff of the sponsor accommodating the fashion show.
Each judge will provide a note on 10 for the passing of the mannequin. This note will be the reflection of the beauty of the avatar with the worn outfit.
Then if there are 2 passages in the evening, the mannequin will have 2 notes out of 10 provided by judge.
The total of the cumulated points of the jury will indicate the order of classification of the candidates.
Support and communication
A poster of the event distributed to a maximum of people.
Advertising HUD sent before the event (one for the 4 first turns, one for the 4 following turns, one for the semi final, one for the final).
Information of the event to the supports and media present in Second Life.
Use of the universal groups of advertisements.

1) Choice of the permanent jury.
2) Final development of the places receiving the event.
3) Beginning of search for the billboards.
* Week on March of the 8 to the 14 :
1) On March 10 : end of the candidatures of the mannequins.
Selection of the selected candidates.
2) On March 14 : public announce of the selected candidates + announce of the places accomodating the event + concert.

Sponsors

The sponsors will accommodate a stage of the contest and will have a billboard with Textures, Landmarks and Notecards. These panels will be visible with all the stages of the contest (10 dates).
In order to accommodate the show under optimum conditions the sponsor commits himself releasing a space of sufficient reception for the podium and people.
The financial « contracts » between the sponsors and the organizing companies will be done on a case-by-case basis.
Panels of advertisement are open to all
They are 14 and surround the podium.
Prices can be conceded for several hirings.
